Reading an issue: severity, impact, confidence and difficulty

Every issue is rated on four separate scales. Here's what each one means.

We deliberately don't squash everything into one score. Each issue shows four independent ratings:

  • Severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low) — how serious the problem is if left alone.
  • Estimated impact (High, Medium, Low) — how much fixing it is likely to help search visibility. An estimate, never a promise.
  • Confidence (High, Medium, Low) — how sure we are the finding is real. Low-confidence items are prompts to review, not verdicts.
  • Difficulty (Easy, Moderate, Developer required) — the effort to fix.

Fixability

  • Auto-fixable — low-risk changes SEOFIX can apply once your site is connected (with your approval, or automatically if you enable Autopilot for that category).
  • Needs approval — changes that could affect indexing or structure; always reviewed by you.
  • Manual decision — server, hosting or business decisions a person must make.

Evidence

Open any issue to see every affected URL and the evidence behind it — for example which pages link to a broken page, the full redirect chain, or the exact title and its length. If something looks wrong, the evidence tells you exactly what we saw.
