Workspaces and roles

Who can do what inside a workspace.

• Owner — everything, including billing.
• Administrator — manage sites, connections, automation and members.
• SEO Manager — edit site settings, verify sites, approve and deploy fixes.
• Editor — run audits and propose changes.
• Viewer — read-only.

Every important action (sign-ins, sites added, verifications, setting changes, and later fix approvals and deployments) is recorded in the Activity log, available to Owners and Administrators from the account menu.
